Since most of our offerings are personalized and digital in nature, this Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be granted.

By booking any service or purchasing any product through Karmachitra, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Nature of Services

As these services involve time-based scheduling, personalized analysis, and digital delivery, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.

2. Consultation Booking Cancellation

Users may request cancellation of a booked consultation under the following conditions:

a. Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Booking

If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and the consultation has not yet been conducted, users may be eligible for a full refund.

b. Cancellation Between 24–36 Hours

If a cancellation request is received after 24 hours but within 36 hours of booking, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of Karmachitra.

c. Cancellation After 36 Hours

No refund will generally be provided after 36 hours of booking or once preparation work for the consultation has begun.

3. Missed Appointments and No-Shows

• If a user misses the scheduled consultation without prior notice, the booking amount may be forfeited.
• Rescheduling may be allowed in exceptional situations depending on availability.
• Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following situations:

• Duplicate payment or accidental multiple charges
• Technical failure from our side preventing service delivery
• Consultation rejected by Karmachitra
• Failure to provide the booked service within a reasonable time
• Incorrect transaction processing

In cases where a consultation request is rejected by Karmachitra, a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Completed astrology consultations
• Delivered horoscope reports
• Downloadable digital products
• Astrology courses after access has been granted
• Personalized remedies or research work already initiated
• Services purchased during promotional or discounted offers unless legally required

Due to the subjective and interpretative nature of astrology services, dissatisfaction with predictions or guidance does not qualify for refunds.

6. Digital Products and Courses

Once access to:

• Courses,
• PDFs,
• Videos,
• Recorded sessions,
• Research materials,
• Or downloadable files

has been provided, the purchase becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.

Users are responsible for ensuring device compatibility and internet access before purchasing digital products.

7. Rescheduling Policy

Users may request rescheduling of consultations:

• At least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time
• Subject to astrologer availability

Repeated rescheduling requests may not be accommodated.

8. Processing Time for Refunds

Approved refunds are typically processed within:

• 5–10 business days for UPI and bank transfers
• 7–14 business days for debit/credit card transactions

Actual processing time may vary depending on payment providers and banking institutions.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving services or digital products.

Karmachitra reserves the right to:

• Suspend accounts,
• Deny future services,
• Or pursue legal remedies

in cases of abuse, fraud, or malicious payment disputes.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Karmachitra reserves the right to refuse or cancel consultations in situations involving:

• Abusive behavior
• Harassment
• Threats
• Defamation
• Inappropriate communication
• Misuse of services
• Excessive refund abuse

In such situations, refunds may be denied.

11. Disclaimer Regarding Astrology Services

Astrology is a spiritual and interpretative practice and does not guarantee exact outcomes, future events, or life results.

Refunds will not be issued based on:

• Unfavorable predictions
• Delayed outcomes
• Non-occurrence of expected events
• Personal disagreement with astrological interpretations
